Sales Development Representative
About this position
Rep is the first-ever AI-powered salesperson (sales chatbot) for e-commerce websites. It proactively approaches disengaged customers along their shopping journey and offers assistance in finding and recommending products or answering any product/store-related questions to increase conversion rate and enhance customer satisfaction.
As Rep continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us and grow the sales department. We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to take their first steps in the tech startup world and want to grow in a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers for our software platform
- Send outbound emails to drive customer meetings for your Account Executive partner with C-Level, VP-level, and director executives at leading enterprise companies.
- Learn and aid in critical skills in the sales process like meeting preparation, follow-up, and closing
- SDRs can progress to account executives, customer service management roles or other roles at the company
Skills & Qualifications
- Intelligent, curious, and driven to succeed in a career in tech startups and sales
- Hard-working and persistent, putting in the time before and after meetings to deliver great results
- Openness to coaching and training
- English level – native only
