Demand Generation Manager
We seek a highly skilled and creative demand generation manager to join our team and spearhead our growth and user acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll own and drive various demand generation programs, craft marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and conduct ROI analyses. This is a full-time and remote position.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and enhance the performance of demand generation efforts and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as product and customer service) to create cohesive demand generation efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
- Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
- Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
Requirements and Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing large-scale online campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing robust data and making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in e-commerce tech - a plus
