We're hiring a Performance Marketer! We want a highly skilled (and experienced) individual to spearhead our user acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll drive paid traffic, craft strategies, optimize campaigns, and conduct ROI analyses. This is a full-time and remote position.

You're someone who's not just creative and innovative but also analytical, independent, and a quick learner. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, and we work as one team.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee high-budget, expansive marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
Continuously analyze and enhance campaigns to maximize revenue.
Proactively introduce improvements and creative solutions to boost campaign performance.
Adapt swiftly to changes in online marketing for seizing new opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale online campaigns.
Proficiency in Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok platforms.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable handling extensive data sets.
Excellent interpersonal skills, radiating positivity and a collaborative spirit.

Great to have:

Ability to thrive both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for comprehensive data analysis.
Keen interest in staying updated on the latest web trends.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
