This isn’t just another SaaS sales seat. We’re hiring our first outbound SDR at Rep AI — someone who’s hungry to build a pipeline from zero, shape strategy, and leave their fingerprints on a fast-growing AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

As our Founding SDR, you'll work directly with our VP sales to own and scale outbound from scratch. This is a hands-on role where creativity, speed, and impact matter more than playbooks.

  • Build outbound campaigns from the ground up
  • Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with DTC and eCom brands
  • Leverage tools like Amplemarket, Clay, and AI to scale smart
  • AB-Test messaging, channels, and automation to find what works
  • Be the voice of our prospects — and a key part of our GTM strategy

✅ What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience as a high-performing SDR
  • Personalization instincts with automation muscle (high volume) 
  • Fluent in modern prospecting tools (SalesNav, Clay, Amplemarket, etc.)
  • Pro-active - Try, test, and iterate quickly
  • You’re excited about AI and how it changes sales forever
  • You're a clear communicator, fast learner, and proactive teammate
  • Fluent verbal & written English 

Bonus:

  • Background in eCommerce, DTC, or Shopify brands
  • Familiar with AI sales tools and agents (even better if you’ve built your own!)

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
