Data Analyst
Rep is the first AI-powered Concierge (sales chatbot) for eCommerce. It proactively approaches disengaged site visitors and offers shopping assistance for everyone. As a result, Rep sells more stuff and handles up to 90% of all support requests.
We’re looking for a Data Analyst to develop and oversee BI and analytics solutions, run A/B tests at scale, measure impact, and transform data into actionable insights.
In this role, the ideal candidate is analytical, possesses exceptional communication skills, and demonstrates strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities. Ultimately, you will refine our business intelligence system, enabling us to make more informed decisions.
Skills
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a data analyst & proven abilities to take initiative and innovate
- Solid background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., AWS Athena, Spark).
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworks and tools
- Experience with data visualization of large data sets using BI systems (e.g. Power BI, AWS QuickSight, Tableau, etc.)
- High proficiency in SQL
- Strong experience in running and measuring experiments in large scale.
- Knowledge of Python
- Ability to leverage data-driven decisions to drive performance optimizations.
- BSc/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Being referred by a current Rep team member is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the analytics dashboard for deeper insights.
- Design, implement, and manage ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it for analysis, and load it into our databases.
- Generate internal daily reports and dashboards for comprehensive business analysis, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.
- Collate information from business stakeholders to generate insightful reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to analyze and improve product performance.
