We love RepAI. We tried a few other AI bots before we settled on RepAI and we settled on Rep for a few different reasons (pricing, ease of use, and mainly the helpful fullness of the team). We had talks with a few other of the "popular" guys (one starts with a Z *wink wink*), and they wanted us to commit to a year long contract without a free trial (what?!). The team at Rep has been super helpful from Adam on the sales team, Yoav the CEO jumping in and helping when we had some trouble setting up an A/B test, to Dafi who is our Client Success Manager that I meet with frequently who is constantly helping us with new ways to optimize our account. Like Rep claims, it pays for itself and should be a no brainer if you are looking for an AI chatbot to add to your stack!
REP AI is amazing, we now have a much better method of connecting with our store visitors, REP allows us to start conversations with our customers instantly, for example now our visitors often ask us if we have specific TShirt designs in store, without the need for them to spend too much time browsing and REP answers them instantly and then shows them what we have if the user asks it too, brilliant... Rep has been a wonderful addition to our toolkit. Our conversion rate and revenue have both increased. We agree with another reviewer: the monthly cost is well worth the benefit. Their support team is great, very helpful, and available to assist when needed. If you're looking for an easy plug-and-play tool, this is it. This app has also helped minimize customer service questions to our customer service team which saves a lot of time and payroll. The chatbot ai has been amazing in its ability to learn and adapt within its environment. The on boarding process was simple and any assistance we needed was provided.
Best app for the money, for sure! It's easy to use and helps my customers (I think). It saves me a lot of time. It's only too bad that you can actually get some of the more personalized features at the €299 per month mark. That's something I cannot afford, which is too bad. I was concerned about using an Israel-based company because I am in Seattle, WA USA and have had bad experience with such a time difference. They are always accommodating to my schedule, they make it easy for me because they handle everything on their end and provide great recommendations. I use them in my marketing agency for my clients and have seen 7-10%+ increase in sales from their chat service that was found money after first implementation. It has been a life saver for us, by cutting down customer service time by more than 90%. Customers love being able to chat 24/7, and 93% of customers were happy with the replies received, and one it three customers who chatted, went on to place an order. It also makes placing an order for the customer really easy. This works straight out of the box, and you can easily adapt it and add specific answers to questions. Support if required is fast and friendly too.
We've been using RepAI for the last month as our first AI Live Chat functionality on the site. The set-up and onboarding was fantastic - we're a larger retailer so the RepAI team really did the vast majority for us, setting up bespoke responses and ensuring it really delivered on what we needed it to do, as well as matching our brand voice. We've now finished our free trial and moved into a retainer basis with a dedicated account handler. There's still some refinement to go, and ongoing improvements and ways to make it even more efficient for us, and useful for customers. But I'm excited to see what it can do. Others have mentioned the price of the app. I have to say, if you work out how much money it's generating for you in sales, and saving you customers contacting your customer services team, it's actually very cost effective piece of kit.

I was an early adopter of Rep and could not be more pleased. The people at Rep are responsive (which is nice) and honest with regard to setting realistic expectations. Because this bot learns, implementation isn't instant. However, the responses are better on the customer side for the same reason. It's very much like getting a custom-designed AI response bot for every store. I highly recommend this app.

They have some awesome features, like the ability to notify our customers when out-of-stock items come back online. I really like the ability to customize the chatbots responses so that it matches our brands tone of voice. Their recent ChatGPT integration was able to parse all of our sites blog posts, reviews and FAQs to teach the concierge how to answer questions from our customers. This has been a game changer as I often get tired of answering the same question over and over... LOL. The Rep.ai team is super helpful, responsive and even has a dedicated Slack channel where we can get near real time help. The AI is able to answer questions and suggest our bestsellers, our combo packs, segment options through requested categories. Overall, we are very happy with the experience it provides our customers.

Die App greift auf alle Daten im Shop (Produkte, Bestellungen, ...) zu und kann so vielen unserer Kunden weiterhelfen. Es gibt auch einige Anbindungen in andere Systeme wie z.B. Zendesk. Support durch Dafi ist gut und es wurde bereits ein neues Feature auf unseren Wunsch umgesetzt.
I have installed and uninstalled about 6 different AI chatbots on our site. Rep AI sounded good, but the price kept me from installing it initially. Well, you get what you pay for. Rep AI is the best. And actually with the number of conversations they give you for the price, it is not really any more expensive than the others. It is just better in almost every category. It is way more customizable than all the other chatbots I tried. Not to mention the help is really great. Especially Sarah. She is patient and very knowledgeable. The best part about her is that she cares and does her best to help, and that is something that is becoming pretty rare in customer service. I recommend REP AI highly.
