Account Executive – Mid-Market

We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our go-to-market team and help us close the next wave of iconic eCommerce brands. This is a high-volume, high-velocity closing role with a strong inbound engine and real upside. You will own the full sales cycle, from the first demo to the signed contract and work directly with our VP of Sales to shape how we sell, what we learn, and how fast we grow.

You will:

  • Run 15–20 demos per week with qualified eCommerce prospects (No cold prospecting needed!!!)
  • Own your pipeline end-to-end: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
  • Build tailored pitches around each brand's traffic, conversion, inbox, and CX challenges
  • Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and compress your sales cycle
  • Partner with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth handoff and fast time-to-value for new clients
  • Stay sharp on product updates, competitive positioning, and what is moving in eCommerce

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a closing AE in a high-volume SaaS environment, mid-market or above
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quota
  • Comfortable managing 20–40 active opportunities simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Strong communicator: clear, confident, and consultative
  • Experience selling to eCommerce, DTC, or Shopify-native brands
  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Located in the US, EST preferred
  • Hungry to win, coachable enough to improve, and curious enough to keep getting better

Preferred requirements

  • Experience selling against competitors like Gorgias, Sienna AI, or Tidio
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar eCommerce tools
  • Experience with AI-powered sales or outreach platforms
