When a shopper asks the AI Concierge for help, it goes beyond keyword matching. Instead of showing all possible matches, it analyzes the request and finds the most relevant results, even if the shopper isn’t sure exactly what they’re looking for.
If there are too many results, the AI doesn’t overwhelm your customers. It’ll ask follow-up questions to narrow down the options and provide the best match.

- Preview search flow: Test the AI to ensure it works just as you want.
